We understand that life is better with your four-legged companion at your side. That’s why we offer pet-friendly homes in St. Augustine. Beacon Point Townes welcomes cats and dogs with a maximum of two. Each of our homes provides room for you and your pet to roam.

One-time, non-refundable pet fee: $350 for 1 pet or $600 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet.
Maximum pets allowed: 2 per home.

Breed restrictions: Tosa Inu/Ken, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepard, Shepard, Chow, Spitz, & Akita.
